Not much is known about this character, has he only appeared briefly, but he is exactly like Timmy in almost every way except his clothing and hairstyle.
He appears similiar to Timmy but he has a shaved head, a tan, tribal wear (a half coconut with three pink feathers, to replace his pink hat, a grass skirt, a band around his arm, and a spear).
He appeared in the end of the episode Oh, Brother! as an inhabitant of the country of Tibecuador. He is mentioned to be bullied by a Tibecuadorian counterpart of Francis named "Francisco", whom he wants Tommy to beat up much like Timmy wanted with Francis. However, Tommy is more concerned with helping tone deaf llamas, so Tibecuador Timmy mutters "Oh, brother" in frustration.
