Timmy is being made fun of by Dr. Bender and his son Wendell because of his large buck teeth, so he wishes for everyone to look the same. But soon all the fairies in the world realize that they can't tell which kid is which to grant wishes, and as a result, they explode from a magic buildup, and Cosmo and Wanda must hurry to fix everything, before they explode too!

[edit] Synopsis
After being teased because of his teeth by dentist Dr. Bender and his son Wendell, Timmy wishes that everyone looked the same. Cosmo and Wanda turn everyone into gray blobs (even the Earth turns gray!). Cosmo and Wanda are suddenly poofed into Fairy world. all the fairies are confused about where there godkids were. Jorgan Von Strangle tells them that since they can't find their godkids something terrible will happen. Suddenly a fairy begins to shake and he begins to inflate like a balloon and suddenly he explodes! Cosmo says its magic build up the magic was building up inside of them which would cause them to explode. 6 other fairies suddenly explode. Cosmo and Wanda flee back to Dimmsdale and interrogate some of the children to find Timmy. in Dimsmdale Cosmo explodes! Wanda puts him in a jar and searches for Timmy. Meanwhile, Timmy finds out that Cosmo and Wanda changed everyone's features, not their personalities, so he gets Mrs. Turner's pink food and shapes it into his pink hat so Cosmo and Wanda can find him and he can unwish everything. But then Dr. Bender leads an angry mob against Timmy because he stands out, ultimately cornering him. Wanda begins to shake she also begins to blow up. Timmy finds her and right before she explodes wishes everything back to normal Once everything is, Wanda explodes, and Cosmo tells Timmy that he might need to make another wish.
Still, Timmy, Chester, and A.J. are sad because Dr. Bender took their ball. Mrs. Turner then goes over to Bender's yard and retrieves the ball, knocking Dr. Bender's teeth out. Afterwards, she plays Timmy ball with Timmy and his friends, chasing them down the street. The episode ends with Cosmo and Wanda playing Wanda ball, in which the ball is an anvil. Wanda then chases Cosmo off into the sunset with an anvil.
