Background
After Jorgen Von Strangle left Cosmo in charge of enforcing Da Rules while he had the trick-ups, Timmy Turner added two rules: "Timmy Turner doesn't have to follow any of Da Rules" and "no godkid has to obey the Da Rules". After this, he turned on the television to see how things were going. On the news, Chet Ubetcha was reporting how kids had gone crazy, and an example was little Susan C. Anthony wishing for tons of Susan B. Anthony coins to rain on her house. She seemed very happy.
