  • A Midsummer Night's Dream - The plot involving people mistakenly falling in love for each other is just the same as the one of William Shakespeare' play.
  • Tex Avery Cartoons - When Timmy sees Trixie in her dess, his bow spins which is a reference to Tex Avery cartoons.
  • Greek Mythology - Cosmo falling in love with his reflection is a reference of Narcissus, who was a hunter who looked into a pool of water and fell in love with himself.

  • Timmy crashing into random objects.
