Norm MacDonald is the French-Canadian (Born in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada on October 17th, 1963) voice actor of Norm the Genie. Due to scheduling conflicts, MacDonald was unable to preform Norm's voice for the Fairy Idol special who was instead voiced by Robert Cait.
