Not much is known about Irving, other than he is the fairy godparent of Dwight. He apparently was overwished by Dwight, who was in turn sent to Wishing Well, a place where over-wishing godchildren are rehabilitated. He was present at Dwight's graduation ceremony.
He and Dwight only appeared in the episode "Wishing Well". He appeared at the end of the episode at Dwight's graduation ceremony, and was introduced to Timmy Turner, while saying. "You. have really big teeth."
