Francis' Dad is an ex-convict who first appeared in the episode Where's Wanda?, when he was shown helping Francis with his school project.
Character
This man is the father of the school bully, Francis. He has usually appeared in parent-teacher competitions along with his son.
Description
He has an extreme resemblance to his son Francis. He has gray skin and is very intimidating.
Background
It is currently unknown what crime he committed to be sent to jail, but it is likely that it was robbery or assault if he is anything like his son. In his first appearance, "Where's Wanda?" he isn't guarded by cops, but in School's Out!: The Musical, he is escorted by police men and is moved in a cop car. In the episode "Teeth For Two", Francis was chasing Timmy to rip off his teeth so in that way he could get rich and get his dad out of jail.
