The Dimmsdale Junkyard is a landfill for garbage located in Dimmsdale. Due to its smelly, disgusting nature, as well as all of the junk lying around, the junkyard is the ideal spot for Mark Chang to live and hide his spaceship.
The Junkyard appears when the Striker Z is launched there. It lands in a car crusher and is crushed into a small cube. The junk yard appears again when Mark Chang needed a place to hide on Earth from his terrifying bride, Princess Mandie. Unfortunately she soon finds Timmy and Mark and quickly traps Cosmo and Wanda in carbonite. This forces Timmy and Mark to flee from Mandie in Mark's Spaceship. Eventually they were able to get her to take a fake Mark (Crocker after he unintentionally activated the Fake-i-Fier) which served as a temporary distraction until Mandie found out. The junkyard was an ideal spot because not only can Mark easily hide his space ship among the trash, but the disgusting garbage is considered desirable by Yugopotamians (since they like anything that humans consider disgusting).
