Through the marriage of Cosmo and Wanda, the Cosma-Fairywinkle family unites the Cosma and Fairywinkle families together. Cosmo and Wanda's only son, Poof, has relatives in both families. Timmy Turner, Cosmo and Wanda's current godchild, could be considered an extended family relative.

The family currently resides at the Turner's House on Earth in Timmy's bedroom, living inside a fishbowl disguised as pet goldfish.
