Adolescent Genetically Altered Karate Cows is a television program that appeared in The Fairly OddParents television special, "Channel Chasers".

Information

This is a parody of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, an action cartoon from the late 80's and early 90's about turtles-turned-superhero due to radioactive exposure. Only the ending credits of this show were seen, as the program had already ended when Timmy Turner and his companions arrived in it.

Background

This show is the twentieth show visited in "Channel Chasers", after Timmy Turner wished for a Magic TV Remote that allowed him to travel through television as if the programs were real worlds. While chasing Vicky through television channels, Timmy Turner, his future self, Cosmo, and Wanda ended up in this television show.

When they arrived, Timmy and his party were left hanging on the credits, which were scrolling upward towards a giant television screen representing the next program (Maho Mushi). Timmy's adult self managed to rescue him from falling, but shortly afterward was struck with a bolt from a floating robot cow being piloted by Vicky. This caused adult Timmy's Time Belt to short circuit out, and he faded away back to his future as Timmy watched helplessly. This motivated Timmy to face Vicky head on in the next program, Maho Mushi, where he was finally able to stop her.

The program itself is not actually traveled into, just the ending credits, although three the three titular characters are seen briefly, as well as a robot cow device which may have come from the program itself.

Trivia

  • The names that scroll by on the Karate Cow's credits are the names of real Fairly OddParents creators Butch Hartman and Steve Marmel.
  • In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, there are four turtles, but the parody only has three cows.
  • Ironically, all cows are females (males are known as bulls), so it may be odd how the cows are personified to look male.
  • This show may be specifically a parody of the 2003 version of TMNT since the characters are serious looking and the music is metal rock.
